Why you might be boring your customers

A Prospective student calls

Do you tell them all about your studio?

What do you say?

Do you tell them all about your teachers, their qualifications and degrees?

Is your message “we’re great”?

Do you just wing it on the phone and rely on your improv skills?

What would happen if you flipped it?

What if you had clear talking points and phone scripts?

What if “we’re great” was turned into “we’re going to make your child feel great”?

What if you talked less about your instructors?

What if you talked more about how you can help their child?

What if you talked about how you hope to impact their child’s life?

I think you’d get more students.
