How to Better Lead and Manage Your Music Studio
Some of us are born with the gift of music. Some of us are able to sit down at a piano at the age of 3 and begin to sound out melodies and chords. The rest of us have to work hard to nurture, develop and hone our musical chops.
The same can be said about leadership and management. We all can’t be an Abraham Lincoln. We all can, however, nurture, develop and hone our leadership skills.
How? The same way you learned music. A commitment to learning and disciplined practice is a good place to start. A willingness to struggle and make mistakes. An ability to step back and evaluate.
In part 2 of How to Better Manage and Lead Your Music Studio my guest Marwan Kanafani, shares some practical insights into leadership and how you can better manage and inspire your teaching and office staff.
